HAVE YOU BEEN A LEGAL RESIDENT FOR 5 YEARS OR MORE? THEN THIS IS THE OPPORTUNITY YOU HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR!

The New American Campaign will provide assistance to complete the citizenship application to anyone eligible.

A coalition of legal service providers and volunteers have come together to encourage and assist eligible legal permanent residents (LPRs) become U.S. citizens by completing naturalization applications during this full-day event.

This service is completely free, except for the $680 USCIS fee. However, if you receive food stamps, Medicaid or SSI, and qualify for the fee waiver, we will process you application at no cost. For this you must have the letter of benefits in English from DCF and/or the Social Security Office.
